The Daubers are a busy couple in “retirement” ministry.  Every year they lead work and ministry related teams to Ecuador.  These teams are often medical and construction related but they always involve ministry in local churches.  Floyd and Amy are involved in directing the teams, translating, counseling, teaching, and encouraging the local churches in Ecuador.  While at home in Minnesota, Floyd and Amy invest time in the lives of international students who work in the area by having meals and Bible study groups in their home.  They continue to be involved in their local church and in area churches for mission’s conferences.
